A Personal Anecdote
During the late nineties and early 2000s, I was diagnosed with a severe burnout. Despite undergoing therapies, my most effective recovery came from immersing myself in nature. I spent several hours each day walking through a nearby forest. I was naturally drawn to certain remote spots in the forest that provided an unparalleled sense of comfort and tranquility. Sitting under a tree, my mind would calm almost effortlessly, slipping into a meditative state with ease.

Reduce Wireless Use: Use wired connections for the internet and limit Bluetooth usage. Often wireless is used for fixed appliances, in these situations it is better to go for wired connections. When working on a fixed location, make sure there is a wired internet connection available. Also your mobile phones and tablets can often be connected to a wired connection.
Turn Off Devices at Night: Switch off Wi-Fi routers and mobile devices before sleeping. Sleep is a critical time for regenerating the body and mind, and minimizing exposure to radiation during this period is essential. Tablets and phones can be programmed to go into flight mode during sleeping hours. WiFi routers can be placed behind timer, or use special low emission routers.
Distance Matters: Maintain a safe distance from EMF sources, such as routers and cordless phones. For instance, avoid placing a Wi-Fi router in a bedroom or near your workstation. Distance can significantly reduce exposure levels, as EMFs weaken rapidly with increased space between the source and your body.
